What are the required documents?

- Bill of Lading (B/L): A draft B/L is acceptable initially; however, the final B/L is needed for validation.
- Commercial Invoice: This should detail the goods being shipped, with the currency specified in USD or EURO.
- Freight Invoice: Required if the freight charges are not indicated on the commercial invoice, and it should be in the same currency as the commercial invoice.
- Packing List: Outlining the contents and packaging details of the shipment.
- Customs Declaration: Necessary for customs processing.
- Certificate of Origin: Document indicating the country of origin of the goods.
- Insurance Certificate: Proof of insurance coverage for the shipment.
- Contact Information of Consignee: Including phone number and email address.
- Shipment Details: Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
- Transshipment Information: If applicable, details from the transshipment port.
- Harmonized System (HS) Code: Classification code for the goods being shipped.
