No CTN Issued: 100% refund if we fail to generate or deliver your CTN number.

Our Error: If delayed due to a mistake on our part and you cancel as a result, you'll receive a full refund.

3. Eligibility for Partial Refund

Prior to CTN Issuance: If you cancel before the CTN is issued for reasons unrelated to us (e.g., changed plans), you'll receive a 75% refund of the paid amount. Once the CTN number has been issued or processing begun, no refund is available.

4. Non‑Refundable Situations

Post‑CTN Issuance: No refund once CTN issuance or certificate preparation is underway. Payment Processing Fees: Bank or payment processor charges are non‑refundable.
